Eligibility to Purchase

Delivery orders placed online or via WhatsApp are available only to existing customers who have previously completed a professional fitting at one of our physical stores. New customers are required to visit a store for an initial fitting before qualifying for delivery services.

Products and Sizing

All fittings are conducted professionally; however, sizing and comfort may vary between brands and styles. Busti Bras shall not be held liable where customers choose products different from those recommended during fittings or provide incorrect information.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or during order placement.

Delivery

Delivery services are subject to our published Delivery Policy. Busti Bras delivers within South Africa only and does not offer international shipping or export services.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Busti Bras offers delivery services for existing customers only who have previously been fitted in-store.

1. Eligibility for Delivery

Delivery is available to:

• Customers who have already completed a professional fitting at one of our stores
• Customers ordering known sizes and previously purchased styles

New customers are required to visit a store for fitting or use our assisted virtual fitting service before placing delivery orders.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed via:

• In-store assistance

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be communicated before payment confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for assessment.
